ExpressISP handles account, billing, and network information to provide the platform. If your internet or managed service provider uses ExpressISP, contact that provider first about your subscriber information.
Who we are and what this covers
Incredibill Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, provides ExpressISP. This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with our billing, customer management, and RADIUS authentication platform and related support.
Our business customers use ExpressISP to manage their own subscribers. When a service provider enters subscriber information into ExpressISP, we process that information to provide the platform for that provider. The provider is responsible for its own collection and use of subscriber information, customer relationships, and privacy notices.
If you are a subscriber of an ISP or MSP that uses ExpressISP, contact your service provider first about your account, billing, network service, or personal information. Its privacy policy also applies to its handling of your information.
Information we collect
The information processed depends on how you and your service provider use and configure ExpressISP. It may include:
- Account and contact information: names, business details, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and account identifiers supplied during registration or account management.
- Customer and service records: subscriber details, selected services, invoices, balances, payment records, and communications entered by a service provider or its customers.
- Network and technical records: IP addresses, device or network identifiers, authentication events, session and usage records, and logs generated when the platform provides RADIUS and related services.
- Support information: messages, attachments, and other details you choose to supply when requesting assistance.
- Payment information: information needed to arrange payments, including payment-provider references, transaction status, and billing details. Payment providers may collect payment credentials under their own privacy policies.
- Browser and usage information: technical information about requests to the Services, cookies, and preferences stored by your browser.
We receive information when you register, fill out forms, use the Services, contact us, or when an authorised service provider or integration supplies it as part of operating the platform.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and provide the features configured by a service provider.
- Manage billing, record payments, and support customer, network, and service operations.
- Respond to questions and support requests and send account, transaction, and service notices.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services and investigate suspected misuse.
- Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Send product information and marketing communications where permitted, subject to your communication preferences and applicable consent requirements.
Security and retention
We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access restrictions and encrypted connections. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work and are required to keep it confidential. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, meeting legal and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of record, account configuration, and applicable requirements. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove backup copies, and some records must be kept to meet legal obligations.
If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you by email within seven business days of becoming aware of it, and sooner where required by applicable law. We will also provide any other notices required by applicable law.
Your information and choices
You can review and update available account details by signing in. To request access to or correction of personal information, ask about deletion or retention, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.
If the information belongs to an account managed by your ISP, MSP, or employer, direct your request to that organisation first. Where we hold information on a service provider’s behalf, we may refer your request to it or assist it in responding.
Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual purposes, and withdrawing consent for information needed to provide a feature may affect your ability to use it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights or your ability to raise a concern with a relevant privacy authority.
Email and communications
We send account and service messages, such as responses to enquiries, billing information, and updates relevant to your use of ExpressISP. Where we send marketing email, we use accurate sender information and provide a way to unsubscribe.
You can opt out of marketing messages by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us. We will honour opt-out requests promptly. Essential account, transaction, and security messages may still be sent while you use the Services.
Children’s privacy
ExpressISP is a business platform and is not directed to or marketed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not register for an ExpressISP account. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Services or our privacy practices. The current version and its last-updated date will appear on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
